Knockrobin Hill Care Home had their assessment last week with the Regulatory Support Team in HIQA on their Contingency Plans and Preparedness for COVID 19.
We are delighted to advise that Knockrobin Hill Care Home is compliant in all regulations assessed. Oakfield has not yet had its assessment but has the same policies and procedures in place. At this point, our residents and staff in both homes have been tested and we remain COVID free in both homes.
This is a real testament to the hard work and dedication of all the staff, who together with the management in the home and our head office team have ensured that our robust infection prevention and control measures together with protocols put in place by the Company have withstood the greatest test. We are and will constantly review our standards and procedures in the best interest of our residents and staff. We would also like to thank all of our residents families for their part in this achievement through their cooperation and patience at this most difficult time.
